“Brilliant tasty fare. We came for breakfast and they serve an authentic take on a mix of Indian with British breakfast fare. Chai was lovely, served in the original small cups (so be aware on the volume of liquid you will receive; though you get it even smaller in the place of origin) All in all a lovely try out on all things British and mixed in.”
“I came to Dishoom with high expectations, and while the food was very good (especially the lamb samosas and Chicken Ruby), what really impressed me was the warm, attentive service and well-crafted ambiance. It feels like they’ve built something that’s not just a meal, but a vibe — elevated but unpretentious. It was my first time, so I had the wait staff’s recommendations: Chicken Ruby, garlic naan, and lamb samosas. All flavorful and satisfying, but it was the service and overall experience that made it memorable. Definitely a place I’d return to — not necessarily for a single dish, but for how everything comes together. Few other notes: I made a reservation but could have been seated with a 20- 30 minute wait in the queue. The chicken Ruby does not come with rice.”
“This place is magical. I LOVED my experience here. All the drinks and dishes we had were so good. The service was just as good too. The line up was outside the door but they have a really good system to organize everyone and get people seated fast. Loved the hot drinks they also gave us to sip on while waiting in the cold outside. I will be back!”
“Literally nothing bad to say. This was our first time here and the food was impeccable. Service was great and fast as well! Note: the chili chicken is actually quite spicy if you’re into that!”
“Absolutely one of the best meals we’ve ever had, and definitely the best Indian meal we have ever had. Coming from Texas, we can’t easily get amazing Indian food (Houston is the closest to it). Such a stunning array of flavors and textures. Definitely a top notch, well-run establishment from start to finish with kind, attentive staff everywhere. Thank you for making our last night in London culinarily beautiful.”
